Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Grips Studio.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Downloadable products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@grips.studio with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
For domestic returns (UK), we offer a pre-paid return label for a flat fee of £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@grips.studio. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
