Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Grips Studio.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, non-custom, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Custom Items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@grips.studio with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

For domestic returns (UK), we offer a pre-paid return label for a flat fee of £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We offer a like for like swap out service on non-custom items. If you have a custom item we will swap it out for a same colour grips branded item. Swap out service is guaranteed for 2 years from date of delivery.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
